Enjoy the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park with Abel Tasman Sea Shuttle Discoverer Day. Their most popular tour, visitors to the region are sure to leave with smiles on their faces and some incredible photos. Departing between 9am and 10:30am, you’ll embark on your journey in the Abel Tasman National Park. Combining cruising and walking, this tour offers guests the chance to explore by foot to see things cruises might have otherwise missed.

There are three walking tour options to suit a range of fitness capabilities. The first incorporates Astrolabe Beaches and Bays and stretches a total of 7 kilometres. The track takes around 2.5 hours to complete and is the shortest option available. This is an ideal choice for beach lovers and those wanting to feel the sand between their toes. The second option is the Forest and Swing Bridge; a 10.5 kilometre track taking around 4 hours to complete. The highlights on this trail include the South Head lookout, the famous Falls River swing-bridge and Cleopatra’s Pool, be sure to have your walking shoes tied tight and camera fully charged as this is the longest and one of the most scenic walks. The third option is the Five Beaches track, which follows a distance of 8.8 kilometres and takes around 3.5 hours to finish. This trail offers walkers great views of native forests, waterfalls and the Bark Bay lagoon. With a steep climb on one part of the trail, this track is suited for walkers with a moderate level of fitness.

The beautiful Abel Tasman National Park is filled with incredible things to see and do including sights such as Split Apple Rock, a fur seal colony, golden sandy beaches and animal encounters all in the one trip.
